Long Distance Relationship

Long Distance Relationship is a love letter to my family and loved ones. That’s how this project came about. I wanted to use my family as my subject; however, my being at school hundreds of miles away made that impossible at the time of this project. In exchange, I decided to capture the love I saw while out on the street. I see myself and my loved ones within these photographs. Choosing to capture the interactions from a distance to represent the separation between myself and my family at this point. I invite others to observe and relate to these images, and think about the limited time we have with our loved ones, and make the most of it.
